- MOST THREAD/SMALLEST SPACE:
The Unichain carries the most thread in the smallest space (6000 m). It can do anything any of the other thread release measuring devices can but in a smaller space and at a very competitive price.
- USES SMALL THREAD TOO:
The Unichain will handle small (1800 m and 2500 m) thread too - a truly UNIVERSAL tool!
- SAVES SPACE IN USER'S VEST:
The configuration of thread used by the Unichain (compared to a 6000 m. cone) saves very significant space also in the Forester's vest when carrying a quantity of replacement thread.
- SAVES WAREHOUSE AND SHIPPING SPACE:
The configuration of thread used by the Unichain (compared to a 6000 m. cone) also saves on warehouse storage space and shipping space for both the unit and the thread.
- SECURE LID LOCK:
The Unichain has a handy "tab lid lock". This is more secure than a velcro strap. Also, the tab is designed so that brush will tend to close it rather than open it as the operator moves through the bush.
- HANDY THREAD GUIDES:
There are only 3 thread guides required for the Unichain and each is "selfthreading" and does not require thread to be pushed through any small hole(s).
- FREE-WHEELING COUNTER KNOB:
The counter knob on the Unichain is slightly cone shaped to help deflect any branches or brush. Also, the knob is "free-wheeling". After setting to zero, the knob should be backed off about half a turn. The knob will then "free-wheel" and this helps prevent accidental resetting.
- REINFORCED BELT LOOPS:
The belt loops on the Unichain are reinforced at the top to ensure longer life.
